  • Emerging regulatory developments impacting retail, sports and technology businesses

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and supporting on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters

  • Working closely with clients on day-to-day issues and strategic projects
  • Collaborating with colleagues across disciplines on multi-faceted matters
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and client relationship management

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified lawyer with between 3 and 6 years PQE.
  • Candidates may currently be in a commercial or commercial litigation team but should be able to demonstrate broad exposure to IP, technology, regulatory and commercial disputes.
  • Experience advising clients in retail, sports or technology sectors (preferred)
  • Commercially minded with the ability to provide strategic, solutions-driven advice

There is a strong emphasis on enabling the successful candidate to build their own profile, both internally and in the market. The team has a strong track record of developing lawyers through to partnership, offering a combination of hands-on experience and structured training, alongside clear progression opportunities.

Overall, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join an expanding team at an early stage, gain exposure to a broad and high-quality mix of contentious and advisory work, and play a meaningful role in shaping the future direction of the practice while developing their own long-term career.
