I'm working with an international bank on a Legal Counsel role that's a bit different from the traditional larger banks. It's broad, hands on and fairly unstructured which enables you to get close to the business and expected to get stuck in, rather than operate within a fully built-out legal framework.
There's real exposure to a range of banking transactions, with plenty of variety across commercial work and projects. This is great fit for someone who's commercial, flexible and happy to roll their sleeves up. It's a team where attitude matters more than a perfect CV.
However, a good level of experience of any type of finance transaction is a minimum requirement in terms of experience. UK and overseas qualified lawyers are welcome to apply.
