The Role

You will join a market-leading debt capital markets team within a globally integrated finance practice. This specialist group advises on the full suite of derivatives and structured product mandates, including:

  • Establishing and maintaining structured products programmes (on and off-balance sheet)
  • Complex securitised and OTC derivatives transactions across multiple asset classes (credit, equity, commodities, FX, rates)
  • Hedging arrangements as part of structured finance deals
  • Structured repos and securities lending structures
  • Repackaging transactions and bespoke structured finance solutions
  • Associated domestic and cross-border regulatory advice impacting derivatives and structured finance
