You will join a market-leading debt capital markets team within a globally integrated finance practice. Complex securitised and OTC derivatives transactions across multiple asset classes (credit, equity, commodities, FX, rates), hedging arrangements as part of structured finance deals, repackaging transactions and bespoke structured finance solutions, and associated domestic and cross-border regulatory advice impacting derivatives and structured finance.
The team’s work often requires coordinating globally to deliver on cross-jurisdictional mandates, offering exposure to headline work for blue-chip financial institutions and other sophisticated market participants. The successful candidate will advise on transactions that frequently involve cutting-edge product design and risk mitigation strategies under an evolving regulatory landscape.
