A market-leading hospitality and catering group, home to a portfolio of premium brands, is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join their dynamic legal team. Reporting to a senior lawyer, you will be responsible for reviewing, advising, and negotiating commercial contracts, supporting key business functions across the group.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior legal leadership and sales teams, providing legal guidance on client contracts, SaaS agreements, supplier terms and conditions, and data privacy matters.

Ideally you will be 1–3 years’ PQE with strong experience in commercial contracts law. Exposure to intellectual property, company secretarial duties, data protection, and legal template/database management would be advantageous. A working knowledge of technology contracts, GDPR, and UK privacy laws is desirable.
