A leading global entertainment organisation is seeking a Legal Counsel – Employment to join its legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a fast‑paced, international business, providing high‑quality employment law support across multiple jurisdictions and partnering closely with senior HR and business stakeholders.

The Role

You will play a key role in advising on a wide range of employment matters, supporting the organisation’s people strategy and ensuring compliance across a broad range of employment‑related issues. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing business-oriented and people-focused legal advice and support on a wide range of employment, compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Partnering with team members on global projects.
  • Developing, improving and implementing policies, plans and practices.
  • Managing all aspects of any employment litigation and advising on employee investigations.
  • Developing action plans to address corporate compliance obligations and partnering with relevant areas of the business to achieve implementation.

About you

Qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction, with c.2–4 years' PQE. Strong background in employment law, ideally with experience operating in an international environment. Experience advising across multiple jurisdictions is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and ability to balance legal and commercial considerations. Strong initiative, sound judgment and ability to manage multiple matters in a dynamic environment. Collaborative, solutions‑oriented and comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
