An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Associate (3+ PQE, England & Wales qualified) to join the London office of our client, an elite US law firm on a 6–8 month fixed-term contract. The role is due to start as soon as possible.

This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-value and international disputes, supporting a highly regarded disputes partner on matters at the cutting edge of cross-border litigation and arbitration.

The Opportunity

  • You will advise on a broad range of sophisticated matters, including:
    • International arbitration and cross-border commercial litigation
    • Enforcement and multi-jurisdictional disputes
    • High-stakes matters spanning tax, restructuring, and competition

Clients include global corporates, investors, UHNW individuals and sovereign entities, across sectors such as financial services, energy, digital assets, life sciences and telecommunications.

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • 3+ years’ PQE from a leading disputes practice in the City
  • Strong experience in complex litigation. Arbitration experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
  • Commercially astute, with excellent communication skills

Working Pattern

4 days in the office / 1 day from home
