Taylor Root is working with a listed business looking for corporate M&A support for an initial period of 3-4 months. Sitting within a lean outfit that has operations globally, you’ll be directly supporting the General Counsel, and working with senior stakeholders and external counsel.
Experience required:
- At least 1.5 years’ PQE+, having trained at a well-reputed law firm or comparable in-house experience.
- UK qualified solicitor.
- Strong corporate M&A experience, and someone with significant public company experience.
- Demonstrable integrity and professionalism.
- Good attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
