THE ROLE
This is a broad leadership role with responsibility for providing commercially focused legal support across a diverse range of matters, including:
- Advising on complex commercial contracts and strategic partnerships
- Supporting customer-facing products and services
- Supporting corporate advisory work
- Supporting governance and company secretarial matters
- Leading and developing a high-performing legal team
- Driving legal operations improvements, innovation and the effective use of AI and technology
- Partnering closely with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders across the business
ABOUT YOU
We are keen to hear from qualified solicitors who:
- Have already operated successfully at Head of Legal level
- Possess strong commercial contracts experience
- Have experience advising on consumer, marketing and advertising matters in a regulated or non-regulated business
- Have exposure to corporate advisory and governance-related work
- Are confident engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams
- Have demonstrable people management and leadership experience
- Take a pragmatic, commercial and solutions-focused approach
- Have an interest in legal technology, innovation and AI
- Thrive in fast-paced, evolving business environments
