The role is based in London and focuses on advising the business across multiple regions on conflicts of interest, confidentiality, and related ethical and regulatory issues. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on conflicts of interest, confidentiality, and professional‑conduct requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Advise senior lawyers and leadership on complex risk issues.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of risk and compliance processes across the firm.
