Taylor Root have partnered with a leading US law firm who are looking to hire a September 2025 qualifier into their Funds practice.

The Firm & Team.

Considered to be one London’s preeminent US law firms, they are synonymous with leading transactions and high-profile litigation. The Funds practice covers a range of asset classes including infrastructure, private equity, credit, energy, and secondary funds.

The Role

You will typically be involved in the formation, management and re-organisation of private funds and whilst the remit will broad across all asset classes listed above, the teams focus areas are venture/growth funds, secondary funds and credit.

Requirements

This role would be suitable for candidates who are approaching qualification in September and have at least 1 seat in private/investment funds from a leading law firm in London. Candidate will also need stellar academics and ideally exposure other transactional areas in their training contract.
