Taylor Root is currently working with some of the leading international firms operating in the Cayman Islands on expanding their Investment Funds practices.
These firms advise many of the world's leading hedge funds, private equity sponsors, venture capital funds, infrastructure funds and asset managers on sophisticated cross-border matters.
The work also includes exposure to corporate transactions, financings, restructurings and other international transactions.
We're seeing continued demand for lawyers with experience at leading UK and International firms from 4PQE upwards.
The region offers highly competitive compensation, with salaries typically ranging from $180k+ Associates through to well in excess of $200k for more senior lawyers, alongside the benefits of a tax-neutral jurisdiction.
