You’ll be advising on the structuring, formation, and fundraising of private investment funds across asset classes including:
- Private Equity
- Venture Capital
- Real Estate
- Infrastructure
- Private Credit
You’ll work closely with senior lawyers on cross-border mandates, supporting fund managers from launch through to investor negotiations and regulatory compliance.

- Qualified in Luxembourg or England & Wales
- 2–3+ years post-qualification experience in private investment funds
- Strong exposure to fund structuring and fundraising
