Fund Finance | Senior Associate - US firm

This elite US firm has been strategically building an all-rounder finance offering, and are now looking for a designated senior hire to specialize in Fund Finance transactions.

Following from recent partner hires, you will be joining one of the most influential teams within the finance market, specifically advising on complex fund finance transactions, including NAV facilities, but also subscription lines, hybrid structures, and GP management facilities for global private equity clients, funds, and portfolio companies. You will be part of a separate practice at the early stages of its expansion, offering strong promotional prospects and client exposure; given the Partner is the only other Senior member in this team.

This US practice boasts one of the fastest growth trajectories in London, complemented by their pan-European presence and US footprint. The team is renowned for their lender-side expertise within fund finance, top-ranked for their mid-market presence amongst borrowers, and is strategically building their NAV facilities focus.

Requirements:

• England & Wales or Common law qualified lawyer, with 4-8 years of PQE.
• Fund finance experience, specializing in complex transactions.
• Experience in a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, US, or top international firm.
• Strong academic background.
