Taylor Root are delighted to be working with a leading global law firm on an exciting opportunity within its Financial Services Regulatory team. The firm is looking to speak with non-contentious FS regulatory lawyers with 1–3 years’ PQE to join its London office.

This team advises a broad spectrum of clients including investment banks, asset managers, fund platforms, payment service providers, FinTech’s and financial institutions. The work is multi-jurisdictional and spans a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters issues, including perimeter guidance, governance, conduct of business, market abuse, and marketing/distribution requirements. The team also work closely with the transactional teams providing buy and sell side support on the regulatory aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
The ideally candidate will have between 1 and 3 years PQE and broad financial services regulatory experience. Experience of advising on funds regulation will be beneficial but is not essential.
