The team works closely with their other international offices on exciting, high-profile banking and finance transactions across a range of different specialist areas, such as securitisation, energy finance and leveraged finance. The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE in the Finance team of a commercial firm.
