A global investment bank is currently looking to recruit an experienced equity derivatives lawyer to join their London based team on a 6-month contract. Reporting directly to the head of the team you will be involved in: Working closely with the equities business with respect to the structuring, negotiation, documentation and execution of a range of equity products, equity derivatives (both Equity Solutions trades and flow), margin loans and fund finance (NAV) loans and prime brokerage (both cash and synthetic). Advising and assisting in the creation, structuring, regulatory analysis and launch of new products and businesses. Ideally you will be a qualified lawyer with strong experience with equity products, in particular equity derivatives and familiarity with ISDA (including the Equity Definitions) and a preference for familiarity with other industry documentation (LMA, GMSLA, Prime Brokerage documentation).
