We are partnering with a top international law firm to recruit a Senior Financial Crime Analyst to join their Risk Management team based in London. This is a pivotal role, acting as the main point of escalation for financial crime matters across the firm, including AML, counter-terrorist financing, anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, and tax evasion prevention. You’ll work closely with the Head of Risk and Business Acceptance Manager, providing expert guidance and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary escalation contact for financial crime matters within the Business Acceptance team.
- Monitor and analyse sanctions updates, implementing procedural changes where required.
- Provide informed advice to partners and fee earners on financial crime concerns.
- Keep up to date with legislative and regulatory developments, supporting the evolution of internal policies.
- Contribute to identifying and delivering training needs within the Business Acceptance team.
- At least 3+ years’ experience in compliance, risk, or financial crime within an International Law firm.
- Advanced understanding of financial crime regulations and best practice (AML, sanctions, anti-bribery, tax evasion prevention).
