The Role
You will work on a diverse range of matters, including:
- Formation and structuring of private equity, credit, real estate, and infrastructure funds
- Advising on investor negotiations and side letters
- Secondary transactions, including GP‑led restructurings and LP transfers
- Co‑investment and joint venture arrangements
- Regulatory and compliance advice across multiple jurisdictions
The work is highly international, with frequent collaboration across the US and European offices on globally significant mandates. Associates are encouraged to take ownership of drafting and negotiation, gaining real responsibility from day one.
