Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate (7+ PQE) | Regional (Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds) or London Office
A leading UK law firm with a nationally recognised construction practice is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to join its growing non-contentious construction team.
Working across a network of UK offices, this role offers exposure to high-value development and infrastructure projects across sectors including housing, education, healthcare, local government and transport.
The team is highly regarded in the legal directories and advises a broad range of public and private sector clients on some of the UK's most significant construction programmes.
The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of transactional construction matters, including drafting and negotiating JCT and NEC contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, performance bonds and parent company guarantees.
You will work closely with developers, contractors, funders and other project stakeholders, taking ownership of complex matters while benefiting from the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
This is an excellent opportunity to build client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives and play a key role in an ambitious growth strategy.
Applications are welcomed from construction lawyers with at least 7 years' PQE and strong experience in non-contentious construction work.
Candidates should possess excellent drafting skills, commercial awareness, a pragmatic approach to risk management and the confidence to work directly with clients.
