About the Role:
You will be part of a team that acts for a diverse client base, including governments, multinational corporations, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals. The work is varied and intellectually challenging, often involving:
- Large-scale fraud litigation and asset recovery matters
- Cross-border investigations and enforcement actions
- Freezing orders and other injunctive relief
- Complex international commercial litigation and arbitration
- Contentious trust disputes
- Contractual claims
- Insolvency-related matters
Requirements:
- 2–4 years PQE in commercial litigation or fraud disputes
