About the Role
The Fund Finance team plays a key role in advising sponsors, borrowers, and lenders across the full lifecycle of fund financing. The work spans subscription line facilities, NAV facilities, GP support, and CV fund financings. You’ll be part of a collaborative and ambitious team that’s passionate about shaping the future of fund finance. This team sits within a wider Debt Finance group, known for its expertise in large-scale, multi-jurisdictional leveraged acquisition financings. The firm is consistently recognised as a market leader and works with major international banks, private equity houses, corporates, and non-bank lenders.
- Drafting and negotiating financing documentation
- Managing conditions precedent and closing processes
- Coordinating multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Liaising with colleagues across Europe, Asia, and the US

Qualifications
- UK-qualified lawyer with 1–3 years PQE, or Australian/New Zealand qualified with 2–5 years PQE
- Strong technical knowledge of financing transactions
- Familiarity with facility agreements, security documents, and intercreditor agreements
- Fund finance experience is a plus, but not essential
- Interest in AI and technology, with a desire to drive innovation
- Excellent communication, organisational, and client relationship skills
- Commercially minded, collaborative, and detail-oriented
