Leading wealth manager looking to appoint an experienced employment legal counsel to its EMEA Legal & Compliance team in London. In this role you will advise on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law work globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee relations including grievances, performance management, disciplinaries, flexible working applications, redundancies, mutual separation agreements, TUPE transfers, Employment Tribunal, investigations, litigation and ACAS.
  • Regulatory projects such as Gender Pay Gap reporting, SMCR and Modern Slavery Act.

Qualifications:

  • Trained and qualified at a top City law firm.
  • Minimum of 3 years' PQE (4-6 PQE preferred).
  • Experience advising a Financial Services organisation (buy-side ideally).
  • Some in-house experience is very welcome.
