Join a leading international law firm in their Employee Incentives team. The practice is broad, encompassing more than just corporate support work. While corporate support will be part of the role, you will also advise on management incentive arrangements (such as EMI option plans, growth shares, CSOPs, LTIPs), cross-border incentive arrangements, and employment taxes.
Team Structure: The current team comprises a partner, senior associate, mid-level, and junior associate. The team works closely with colleagues in the employment and tax teams, with a legal director currently straddling the tax and incentives teams.
Candidate Profile:
- Open to candidates from associate to legal director level.
- Experience in employee incentives matters, gained within a law firm or Big 4 environment.
- Strong academic background.
