This range is provided by Taylor Root. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $235,000.00/yr - $260,000.00/yr.

We just got instructed by an elite US firm who is looking to hire a Junior Associate into their Litigation & Arbitration team. The practice is ranked (Chambers and L500) for their high-end Commercial and Corporate Disputes exposure and currently headed by a renowned female partner within the shareholder disputes field.

The team is mainly known for their high-profile advice to clients across asset management/private equity, technology, financial institutions, energy and funds sectors but handle a wide range of disputes, including:

  • Shareholder and JV disputes
  • Contractual claims and unfair prejudice
  • HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, LMAA, UNCITRAL, SIAC, ICSID and LME arbitration
  • Technology and IP litigation

The firm boasts a standout advocacy presence, with team members who are qualified barristers or hold Higher Rights of Audience qualifications, enabling them to litigate high-profile cases. Additionally, the team distinguishes itself from other US firms by prioritising pro bono and corporate responsibility work, having dedicated team members lead the pro bono practice, providing legal services to charities and NGOs.
