An infrastructure services organisation is looking for a Data Protection Manager to support the Chief Privacy Officer (CPO) in delivering a robust data protection compliance programme. This position is ideal for someone passionate about privacy, compliance, and embedding a strong culture of data protection across a diverse organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Compliance Oversight: Assist in monitoring data protection practices and escalate risks or incidents to the CPO.
- DSAR & DPIA Management: Handle Data Subject Access Requests and conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments in line with established procedures.
- ROPA Maintenance: Maintain accurate Records of Processing Activities.
- Contract Reviews: Support reviews of data protection clauses in contracts and data sharing agreements.
- Incident Management: Coordinate breach investigations and ensure timely resolution.
- Training & Awareness: Deliver privacy training sessions and contribute to awareness campaigns.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Collate metrics for senior stakeholders and track audit actions.
- Team Support: Ensure consistency in handling privacy queries.

- Timely and compliant responses to DSARs and other data rights requests.
- Effective delivery of privacy training across departments.
- Accurate and up-to-date records of processing and DPIAs.

What We’re Looking For
