Looking for a seasoned Company Secretary (doesn't have to be a lawyer), ready to take the lead and make an immediate impact in a dynamic, listed mining company. We’re looking for a dedicated Co-Sec to join a London-based HQ team (hybrid working with high flexibility).
You’ll be stepping into a pivotal role, taking ownership of the company secretarial and governance function from the General Counsel, who currently manages this solo.
