An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a 2–5 PQE Corporate Associate to join the London office of a US law firm with a market‑leading global corporate and private equity practice. The team advises premier private equity sponsors, investment funds, and global corporates on sophisticated transactional matters, including buyouts, growth capital investments, consortium deals, co‑investments, minority investments, and strategic M&A. The work is inherently cross‑border, with associates collaborating closely with colleagues across Europe, the US, and other key financial centres.
This role offers exposure to high‑stakes, complex transactions within lean deal teams, where associates are trusted with meaningful responsibility and are closely involved in all stages of a deal. The environment is intellectually demanding but collegiate, with a strong emphasis on technical excellence, judgment, and long‑term career development.
Key Requirements- UK‑qualified lawyer with 2–5 years’ post‑qualification experience
- Strong private equity and/or high‑end M&A transactional experience
