Corporate Associate (5–8 PQE) – International Law Firm
Our client, a highly respected international law firm, is seeking a talented Corporate Associate with 5–8 years of PQE to join their thriving Corporate team in London on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a key hire within a busy and growing practice, offering the opportunity to work on high-profile, cross-border corporate transactions.

The Team & Opportunity
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and well-established Corporate team, working alongside experienced and respected partners. The role offers exposure to a wide range of corporate matters, including:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Investment transactions
- Corporate advisory work
- Drafting and negotiating SPAs, shareholder and investment agreements, articles of association, and related documents
- Leading negotiations and managing mandates from start to finish
Role Requirements
The ideal candidate will be:
- A UK-qualified solicitor with 5–8 years of PQE, ideally gained at a leading UK or international firm
- Experienced in handling a broad range of corporate matters, with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Comfortable working on international transactions and liaising with cross-border clients
- Experience in partnership/LLP law, share incentives, or capital markets is beneficial but not essential
