Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for conflict queries, offering reliable advice and building strong relationships with partners.
- Analyse conflict reports, identify actual or potential conflicts, and draft recommendation reports for resolution.
- Assist in drafting confidentiality and conflict waivers and contribute to local, regional, and global conflicts projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates with experience in legal risk and compliance, specialising in managing conflicts of interest.
- Strong knowledge of professional conflicts rules and their application.
- Preferred experience with onboarding tools such as In-tapp or similar systems.
