We are working with a FTSE 250 organisation looking for an immediately available Company Secretary to join them on a 12-month FTC as a maternity cover.
Reporting to the CFO, this role will deliver a range of corporate governance and company secretarial services across the group.
Some responsibilities will include:
- Lead on the plc Board and Committee matters including agendas, minutes, annual performance review, induction procedures and ownership of key corporate governance documentation.
- Lead and take ownership for the administration of the Group’s employee share incentive schemes.
- Manage and support the development of the Assistant Company Secretary.
- Lead jointly with the Director of Communications, the preparation and production of the Annual Report, with a focus on the Directors’ Remuneration Report.
Experience & Education required:
- ACG / FCG qualification
- Previous experience at a Deputy level for a FTSE 250 organisation
- Strong experience with share schemes and executive remuneration matters
Hybrid working is flexible for this role, you will ideally be happy to attend the office in Abingdon once per week and be available for meetings in Abingdon / London.
