We are looking for an experienced Director of Governance to join our client, a purpose driven organisation, on an initial 6-month contract basis.
This is a high-impact role supporting global governance operations across multiple entities.
Offering up to £115,000 per annum.
Opportunity for flexible/remote working.
What you’ll do:
- Lead corporate governance across UK and international entities
- Manage Board and Committee meetings, papers, and minutes
- Ensure compliance with Companies House & Charity Commission
- Advise Trustees and Directors on governance best practice
- Drive policy development and board effectiveness
Experience required:
- Expert in corporate governance and UK charity/company law
- Confident communicator across senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or related field.
- Qualified or working towards a Chartered Company Secretary qualification. Professional certifications or memberships, such as the Chartered Governance Institute, are advantageous.
Candidates will need to be available at fairly short notice to start.
