With one of the largest real estate practices globally, the team is exceptionally well-positioned to advise on market-leading property acquisitions, major commercial and residential development schemes, and complex investment transactions.
The work covers asset classes such as offices, retail and logistics.
The work is broad and intellectually stimulating, covering:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Leasing and asset management
- Investment and development transactions
- High-value cross-border investment matters
The team works closely with colleagues across tax, finance, planning, and environmental disciplines, offering a truly integrated and multi-jurisdictional service.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent)
- 1–5 years’ PQE in commercial real estate
- Broad experience across investment, development, leasing, and asset management
- Strong academic background
