The Role

This opportunity has arisen due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of high-profile transactions. The successful candidate will:

• Advise on venture capital and growth equity financings, M&A, and related corporate matters
• Draft and negotiate investment agreements, shareholder agreements, and ancillary documentation
• Manage cross-border transactions and liaise with local counsel and counterparties
• Engage directly with clients and contribute to business development initiatives
• Support knowledge sharing and training within the practice

Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law, ideally with exposure to venture capital transactions
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail
• Commercial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Interest in technology, life sciences, and high-growth sectors
