Experienced ISDA/Derivatives Documentation Negotiator – Global Investment Bank (London, hybrid working)

A global investment bank is seeking a senior ISDA/Derivatives Documentation Negotiator to join their dynamic and collaborative London-based team.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Head of the Department, you will play a pivotal role in negotiating a variety of master agreements including ISDAs and CSAs.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong background in financial services, either in a legal capacity or as a negotiator.
  • Solid understanding of the ISDA documentation suite.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a negotiation portfolio and engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Awareness of end‑to‑end cycle times and the importance of accurate MI and data capture.
  • Experience supporting, training, or reviewing work for junior team members.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and contribute to project-based initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
