Compliance Analyst - 12m FTC London | Hybrid Working (2 days in office) | International Law Firm A leading international law firm is seeking an AML Risk & Compliance Analyst to join its established Risk & Compliance team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional with AML and client due diligence experience gained within a law firm or professional services environment who is looking to further develop their career in a highly regarded and collaborative team. The Role Key responsibilities will include: Conducting client due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) on both corporate and individual clients Performing PEP, sanctions and adverse media screening Researching complex ownership and corporate structures Assessing AML and financial crime risks associated with new and existing clients Preparing AML reports and recommendations for approval Maintaining accurate compliance records and databases Assisting with ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews Supporting regulatory audits and compliance projects Working closely with partners and stakeholders to facilitate efficient client onboarding About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous AML, CDD or financial crime experience, ideally within a law firm Strong understanding of UK AML regulations and compliance requirements Experience conducting sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening Excellent research and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities Confident communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer Opportunity to join a prestigious international law firm Exposure to complex and high-profile matters Collaborative and supportive team culture Clear career progression opportunities Competitive salary and benefits package Flexible hybrid working arrangement
