A leading international UK Law firm is seeking a talented Junior–Mid Level Construction Associate to join its high‑performing, non‑contentious Construction team. The group advises on major, complex, and often landmark infrastructure and energy projects across the globe. Working within a top‑tier practice, you will support clients on cutting‑edge developments involving renewable energy, large‑scale real estate, social and transport infrastructure, industrial processes, and emerging technologies. The team operates across diverse jurisdictions, offering exposure to some of the most innovative and high‑profile projects in the market.
You will gain exposure to a broad range of construction‑related matters across sectors such as:
- Energy Transition Initiatives: Offshore wind, solar, green hydrogen, nuclear, sustainable aviation fuel, energy‑from‑waste projects.
- Real Estate & New Communities: Urban regeneration, mixed‑use schemes, iconic assets, data centres, film studios, hotels, residential and commercial developments.

As a Construction Associate, you will:
- Draft, review and negotiate construction and ancillary documentation.

- Support project management processes and utilise modern legal delivery tools and resources.
Qualified lawyer with experience from a reputable firm (UK or international common‑law jurisdiction). Junior to mid‑level experience in non‑contentious construction law, ideally on major international or complex projects. Commercial awareness and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
