This is an exciting opportunity for a 3–6 PQE Associate or Senior Associate to join a leading Commercial Real Estate team. The work will involve a broad mix of matters including:

  • Handling asset management, sales and acquisitions, financing, and complex agreements for lease relating to a range of property sectors (retail, hospitality, office, industrial).
  • Advising on matters involving prominent Central London estates and mixed-use historic estates, including headleases, property rights and rights of light.
  • Acting on behalf of UK and international occupiers in a variety of industries (film, television, retail, finance, media, and professional services) on lease negotiations, HQ relocations, disposals, refurbishments, and portfolio management.
  • Working closely with top-tier clients, including blue-chip asset managers, iconic London estates, and high-profile occupiers across sectors.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in construction, tax, and planning to provide full-service solutions to clients.

You can expect exposure to high-value, complex transactions and the opportunity to take a lead role on matters whilst receiving strong support for your development.

What They’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years’ PQE in commercial real estate from a leading City or strong regional firm
  • Solid experience in landlord and tenant matters, real estate due diligence and transactional work
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a partner-led team and manage multiple transactions
  • A motivated individual with a commercial mindset and strong client-facing skills
