The Role:

You will join one of the market’s most respected Commercial Real Estate teams, known for handling complex and significant transactions for a wide range of clients. The work will primarily involve asset management matters, landlord and tenant work, and high-value real estate transactional due diligence. The role will require you to manage a variety of complex lease transactions, investment acquisitions, development projects, and joint ventures.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on a broad range of asset management matters for UK and international clients.
  • Handling property rights, headleases, rights of light, and turnover leases for significant assets including mixed-use historic estates.
  • Acting for major UK asset managers, property companies, and occupiers across sectors such as media, finance, retail, and professional services.
  • Supporting corporate occupier projects including lease negotiations, disposals, and portfolio management.

What They’re Looking For:

  • 3–6 years’ PQE from a leading international or city-based firm
  • Strong experience in landlord and tenant work, and real estate transactional due diligence.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage high-value transactions while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, team-focused approach.
