The successful candidate will be involved in advising on a range of leveraged finance transactions, with a strong focus on sponsor‑led deal activity. Work will include:
- Leveraged and acquisition financings
- Refinancings and restructuring of existing debt arrangements
- Advising on complex and multi‑layered capital structures
- Acting for both sponsors and lenders across cross‑border transactions
