Key Responsibilities:- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements relating to areas such as:
- Festival production, ticketing, and live events
- Artist partnerships and collaborations
- E-commerce, technology, and intellectual property
- Marketing, advertising, and media
- Property, software licensing, and IT services
- Advising on consumer law compliance and regulatory matters
- Developing and maintaining contract templates
- Monitoring relevant legislation and industry developments
- Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and external counsel
- Qualified lawyer in England & Wales with excellent academic credentials
- 5 - 8 years PQE gained in a reputable law firm
- Strong commercial contracts experience, ideally with exposure to the entertainment, e-commerce, or technology sectors
- Solid understanding of contract law, commercial law, and intellectual property law
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritise effectively
