We are seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join a dynamic and fast-paced legal team within a leading UK digital infrastructure provider. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of matters. There is scope to get involved with work which aligns with your previous experience as well as the opportunity to develop skills in new areas of law.
What you’ll do:
- Provide accurate, effective and timely legal advice on strategic issues and risk mitigation.
- Support on a wide range of transactional matters including a full spectrum of commercial and procurement contracts.
- Draft and negotiate customer and supplier agreements.
- Support corporate transactions (M&A, restructuring) and procurement contracts.
- Contribute to litigation, employment, marketing, and regulatory matters.
