Key areas of work will include, among other things:

There is also the opportunity to support the business with advice about new digital products, sectors and launches into new markets.
  • Corporate: Advising on joint ventures, partnerships and collaborations, including cross-border matters.

Ensuring compliance with the group's evolving Cyber Security and AI policies, and that it extends to relevant contracts and processes.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations and supporting the General Counsel more generally with regard to risk, training and compliance matters.

This would suit a 3/4+ year PQE lawyer. Open to level of candidate providing there is an understanding the work is mixed level and broad in nature and of legal counsel level.
