Advising blue-chip corporates, sponsors and investors on landmark energy and infrastructure transactions Acting on market-leading M&A, joint ventures and strategic investments in the energy, renewables and utilities sectors Supporting clients on complex project structures, development frameworks and commercial contracts Advising on regulatory considerations and risk allocation across large-scale, cross-border projects Seamless collaboration with specialist colleagues across finance, regulatory, disputes and global offices This is a team operating at the heart of the global energy transition and infrastructure investment boom, where technical excellence and commercial judgement are essential. Corporate M&A and joint ventures in the energy and infrastructure sectors Structuring and negotiating project development agreements and shareholder frameworks Advising on governance and risk issues for high-value, business-critical transactions You will be working closely with market-leading partners and senior associates, gaining exposure to headline deals, with top-quality training and early responsibility.
