The Corporate team is at the forefront of cutting-edge deals spanning domestic and international markets. Joining this team will offer you exposure to:
- High-end private equity work including leveraged buy-outs, co-investments, restructurings, minority investments, structured equity arrangements and management incentive plans.
- Complex cross-border M&A transactions across a diverse range of industries with particular strength in technology, energy and infrastructure, financial services, consumer and healthcare.
- Acting for a broad spectrum of clients such as private equity sponsors, growth capital investors, founders, senior management teams, and major corporates.
You will manage sophisticated matters with direct client engagement, taking responsibility for negotiating key transaction documents (SPAs, shareholder and investment agreements, JVs) while working closely with some of the most respected practitioners in the industry. This is a dynamic role where you will co-ordinate multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary teams, receive strong mentorship, and have ample opportunities for progression within a supportive and inclusive culture.

- 2-6 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate transactions
- Strong exposure to private equity and private M&A mandates, ideally with experience advising financial sponsors or institutional investors
- Ability to handle complex and international matters with confidence and commercial judgment
- Skilled in drafting and negotiating transaction-critical documents including SPAs, disclosure letters, and equity documents
- Track record of managing client relationships and leading on workstreams
