A highly regarded US law firm is looking to add a senior associate to its corporate M&A team in London. The firm is recognised for advising on complex, high-profile transactions and shareholder-driven situations, working with an international client base across multiple sectors. The London office is closely integrated with the firm’s global platform and plays a key role in major cross-border mandates.
This role sits within a busy corporate M&A practice with a strong focus on public M&A, public company advisory work and transactions involving financial institutions. Associates work on a broad mix of public and private M&A matters, including takeovers, activist and shareholder situations, joint ventures and equity raisings. There is also exposure to selected private equity transactions. The team handles strategically significant matters and offers senior associates a high level of responsibility, direct client contact and involvement in complex, market-facing work.

- Strong background in public M&A and public company advisory work.
- Experience on transactions involving financial institutions is highly desirable.
