A global investment platform with over £10bn AUM is looking to hire a junior corporate lawyer (2+ PQE) into their London legal team. You’ll report directly to a highly regarded General Counsel and work across a lean, high-performing legal team, supporting the business globally.
- Shareholder agreements, JV agreements and commercial/asset management contracts

This is not a pure transactional role: you’ll gain exposure across advisory, commercial and operational legal work.
