We are working with a leading international organisation to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to join its Risk Management / Legal function in London. This role offers the opportunity to operate at the centre of a global business, supporting the effective management of supplier contracts and playing a key role in mitigating risk and enabling commercial outcomes.
The Role
Reporting into the Legal team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of supplier contracts across the UK, ensuring that contractual arrangements are robust, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, IT services, outsourcing, and professional services contracts
- Partnering closely with internal stakeholders to support contract implementation, renewals, and terminations
- Advising on contractual risks and ensuring alignment with organisational risk appetite
- Working with Information Security and Data Privacy teams to ensure appropriate data protection and security provisions are in place
- Managing supplier due diligence processes and maintaining associated documentation
- Overseeing and enhancing the contract management system
- Building and maintaining effective relationships across a global, matrixed organisation
About You
- Proven experience in contract management and/or commercial procurement within a complex or multinational organisation
- A law degree
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across a range of commercial contracts
- A sound understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks, including data protection and compliance requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to risk
