An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 3–6 PQE Commercial Real Estate Associate to a leading US law firm in London with a market-leading real estate practice and a particularly strong reputation in complex, high-value transactions. The team advises on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, development projects, financings, and portfolio management. Clients include leading global investors, private equity houses, asset managers, and major developers, with work frequently involving cross-border elements.
This role offers the chance to work closely with highly respected partners in a collaborative environment where associates are given significant responsibility early on. The work is intellectually rigorous, fast-paced, and consistently at the premium end of the market.
Key Requirements:- UK-qualified lawyer with 3–6 years’ post-qualification experience
