The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a top-tier Dispute Resolution team with a particular focus on contentious insolvency and commercial litigation. You will be involved in high-value disputes and complex insolvency cases, working alongside leading practitioners on matters involving civil fraud, shareholder disputes, injunctive relief, misfeasance and claims under the Insolvency and Companies Acts. The role also provides the scope to participate in business development activities and manage junior lawyers.
